- Installed NEW Eagle 454 4.0” Crank
- Jet cleaned block and stripped
- Checked line bore
- Bored and honed block (0.60)
- Final washed block for assembly
- Installed all oil gally, NEW freeze plugs, and seal
- Installed NEW cam bearings and check fit
- Pin fit NEW pistons (.001)
- Magnafluxed NEW rods
- Checked big ends of rods and check small ends for press fit
- Installed NEW rods on pistons
- Balanced complete assembly
- Changed flywheel to external balance
- Glassbeaded flywheel
- Removed 2 broken bolts and tap all holes
- Refaced flywheel
- Checked all bearing clearances with bearing torqued in block and rod
- Final polished crankcase and check sizes
- Hot tanked oil pan and timing cover
- Cleaned and magnafluxed heads
- Competition valve job
- Opened up heads for 2.19 Intake and 1.88 Exhaust Valves
- Blended bowl area for best flow
- Assembled heads and set up NEW valve springs to NEW match cam
- Milled and CC heads
- Installed and fit to size NEW Comp Cams bronze guideplates
- Cut guides down for clearance to retainer and positive seals
- Installed NEW exhaust seats
- Installed one set of NEW 10o - .050 Crowler Locks
- Installed NEW Comp Cams rotator eliminator spring cups
- Installed all NEW ARP studs
